CHANGES IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

You can make a change of size, model or color for each order placed completely free of charge .

To make a size change, you must do so through our returns and exchanges portal. You can access the portal by clicking here.

The new order will be shipped as soon as we receive confirmation that the return has been sent. We would be grateful if you could return your order as soon as possible so that we can proceed with the shipment as soon as possible.

The Hundred Shoes reserves the right not to admit more than one change free of charge for each order placed by the customer.

RETURNS IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it through our returns and exchanges portal. You can access the portal by clicking here.

How to return your items?

  • Prepare your package: Pack your items carefully. Print the return label and attach it to the outside of the package.
  • Send it by post: Drop off your package at the nearest drop-off location.

COSTS

The Hundred Shoes is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error or in case of tare), but we will help manage it at all times. The transport costs assumed by the client related to the return of an order will be €4.95 per item that is returned. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to your payment method.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT

The Hundred Shoes will proceed to make the refund of the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order in our warehouses. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

We do not offer exchanges for orders outside the European Union. To make an exchange of size, model or colour you must return the order/item you wish to exchange and make a new purchase of the product you wish to receive.

To make a return please follow the instructions below:

  1. Request the return of your order on our returns and exchanges portal. You can access the portal by clicking here
  2. Download the delivery note once you have registered your return and include it inside the parcel you are returning.
  3. Send us the products you want to return with the company of your choice and at your own cost to:

Please remember to include the delivery note and write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a quick journey through any customs office it may pass through. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay in the return and in the worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labelling intact, suitably packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by the Customer. Returns by post are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. We therefore recommend using a tracked service.

Pedidos y Envíos

¿A dónde realizáis envíos?

Actualmente enviamos a toda España y a la mayoría de países de la Unión Europea. ¡Pronto llegaremos a más destinos!

¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?

Los envíos dentro de España suelen tardar entre 24 y 48 horas laborables. Para el resto de Europa, el plazo es de 3 a 5 días laborables.

¿Cuánto cuesta el envío?

El envío es gratuito en España. Para pedidos al resto de Europa, el coste se calcula automáticamente al finalizar la compra.

¿Ofrecéis envío exprés?

Sí, en algunos países puedes seleccionar envío exprés al finalizar tu compra.

Cambios y Devoluciones

¿Cuál es vuestra política de devoluciones?

Tienes 14 días desde la recepción del pedido para hacer un cambio o solicitar una devolución. Los productos deben estar sin usar y en perfecto estado.

¿Cómo puedo devolver o cambiar mi pedido?

¿Las devoluciones son gratuitas?

Las devoluciones tienen un coste de 4,95 € en España y 9,95 € en el resto de Europa. Estos importes se descontarán del reembolso final.

Ten en cuenta que los gastos de envío originales (si los hubiera) no se reembolsan.

¿Cómo sé qué talla elegir?

Nuestros zapatos tienen un tallaje normal y la mayoría de los clientes compran su talla habitual. Puedes consultar la Guía de Tallas en cada página de producto para más detalles. Usa el recomendador de tallas que hay encima del botón de añadir a la cesta en la pagina de producto .

¿Vuestros zapatos sirven para pies anchos?

Sí, nuestros diseños están pensados para ofrecer una horma cómoda que se adapta a diferentes tipos de pie. Si necesitas ayuda personalizada, escríbenos sin problema.

¿Cómo debo cuidar mis zapatos?

Para mantener tus The Hundred Shoes en buen estado:

  • Límpialos con un cepillo suave o paño húmedo
  • No los metas en la lavadora
  • Guárdalos en un lugar seco y bien ventilado

Todos nuestros modelos se fabrican con mimo en España, uniendo diseño actual y artesanía local.

¿Tenéis tienda física?

No, por ahora somos 100% online. Esto nos permite ofrecer mejor calidad a un precio justo.
