If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.

CHANGES IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

You can make a change of size, model or color for each order placed completely free of charge .

To make a size change, you must do so through our returns and exchanges portal. You can access the portal by clicking here.

The new order will be shipped as soon as we receive confirmation that the return has been sent. We would be grateful if you could return your order as soon as possible so that we can proceed with the shipment as soon as possible.

The Hundred Shoes reserves the right not to admit more than one change free of charge for each order placed by the customer.

RETURNS IN SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it through our returns and exchanges portal. You can access the portal by clicking here.

How to return your items?

  • Prepare your package: Pack your items carefully. Print the return label and attach it to the outside of the package.
  • Send it by post: Drop off your package at the nearest drop-off location.

COSTS

The Hundred Shoes is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error or in case of tare), but we will help manage it at all times. The transport costs assumed by the client related to the return of an order will be €4.95 per item that is returned. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to your payment method.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.

REFUND OF THE AMOUNT

The Hundred Shoes will proceed to make the refund of the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order in our warehouses. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

We do not offer exchanges for orders outside the European Union. To make an exchange of size, model or colour you must return the order/item you wish to exchange and make a new purchase of the product you wish to receive.

RETURNS REST OF THE WORLD

If you wish to return your order from a country outside the European Union, you may do so within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery.

To process your return, you must send the parcel directly to the following address:

Before shipping the parcel, you must request the “delivery note” by email from our customer support team. This document must be printed and included inside the parcel so our warehouse team can correctly identify and process the return.

IMPORTANT – INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS & CUSTOMS

For international returns subject to customs clearance, we strongly recommend using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service, such as UPS.

This type of service ensures that all customs duties and taxes are paid in advance and helps prevent the parcel from being held, rejected, or returned by customs authorities.

Please also note:

  • The parcel must be delivered directly to our warehouse.
  • Our logistics centre cannot collect parcels from post offices or pickup points.
  • Returns sent without proper customs management or with unpaid customs charges may be automatically rejected..

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer must return the product in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labels intact, properly packed inside its original box.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Returns and any risks associated with shipping are the Customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost, held, or damaged in transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a tracked and traceable shipping service.
